WHO WE ARE

WALLRIOT ("we", "us") sells made-to-order poster art online. This policy covers this website and the emails we send. Questions or requests go to help@wallriot.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Order information — name, email address, shipping address, billing address, items ordered and order total. We need this to print and deliver your posters.
• Payment information — card and wallet details are entered on our payment processor's hosted checkout. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive only the last four digits, card brand and an authorization result.
• Contact and support messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email, including photos you attach to a claim.
• Marketing sign-ups — your email address and the page you signed up from, if you opt in.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and interactions such as products viewed or added to cart.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information for money.

COOKIES AND ADVERTISING PIXELS

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working, analytics cookies to understand which pages and products people actually use, and advertising pixels (including Meta and TikTok pixels where enabled) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.

Sharing data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may count as a "sale" or "share" under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time by emailing us, using your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using the ad-preference controls offered by the platforms themselves.

EMAIL MARKETING

If you opt in, we send new drops, restocks and offers. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email help@wallriot.com with "unsubscribe" to be removed. Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, support replies — are not marketing and are sent regardless.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

• Ecommerce and checkout platform — order and account records.
• Payment processors — payment authorization and fraud screening.
• Print and fulfillment partners — name, address and item details for your order.
• Shipping carriers — delivery address and contact details for tracking.
• Email marketing provider — your email address and subscription status.
• Analytics and advertising platforms — pseudonymous usage and conversion events.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — technical logs.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records are retained for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for up to three years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

YOUR CALIFORNIA (CCPA/CPRA) RIGHTS

California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Send requests to help@wallriot.com with the subject "CCPA request"; we verify identity by matching the email address on file and respond within 45 days.

YOUR UK/EU (GDPR) RIGHTS

If you are in the UK or EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are: contract performance (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention, product analytics), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

SECURITY AND CHANGES

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS, and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, so we also keep the data we hold to a minimum. If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
