TERMS OF SERVICE

WHO WE ARE

WALLRIOT is a United States online retailer of made-to-order poster art, contactable at help@wallriot.com, WALLRIOT, 1201 N Orange St, Suite 7160, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. "We" and "us" mean WALLRIOT; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase.

ORDERING AND PRICING

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable, and exclude any import duties on international orders.

We try hard to keep prices, sizes and images accurate. If an order is placed at an obviously incorrect price, or a product is described in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships. Colors can vary slightly between screens and print. Promotions and bundle discounts apply only while shown and cannot be combined unless we say so.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Card data is handled by the processor on PCI-compliant infrastructure; we never store full card numbers. We may cancel and refund orders that fail fraud screening or address verification.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Delivery estimates, free-shipping thresholds and lost-parcel handling are set out in our Shipping Policy. Replacements, refunds and the change-of-mind exception for made-to-order goods are set out in our Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE ARTWORK

All artwork, designs, photography, copy, logos and the WALLRIOT name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a poster buys you the physical print for personal, non-commercial display only.

You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for resale, resell, redistribute, license or create derivative works from our artwork, use it in commercial premises marketing, print it onto other merchandise, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. Commercial or hospitality display licenses are available — just ask.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email help@wallriot.com with the work, the URL and your contact details and we will investigate and remove infringing material where warranted.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape or bulk-download our catalog, resell our images, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, run automated attacks, bypass rate limits, submit false claims or chargebacks, or upload malicious or abusive content through our forms. We can refuse service, cancel orders and block access for abuse.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or damage caused by hanging, framing or mounting a print. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your local courts under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
