RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If we messed it up, we fix it. Here is the honest version of what is and is not covered.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW

You have 30 days from the delivery date to raise a problem with your order. After 30 days we can usually still help, but we are not obligated to replace or refund.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR WRONG ITEMS — FREE REPLACEMENT

If your poster arrives creased, torn, water-damaged, misprinted, off-color, the wrong size or simply the wrong design, we replace it free. Send us a photo of the item (and the packaging if it was damaged in transit) with your order number and we will reprint and reship at no cost to you. You do not need to mail the damaged item back.

If you would rather have your money back than a reprint, say so and we will refund the item in full instead.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because every WALLRIOT poster is made to order and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — wrong size chosen, decided it clashes with the couch, or simply no longer wanted. Nothing is restocked, so a returned print is waste.

Please check the size, orientation and preview image carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel or amend it if production has not started.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR CLAIM

  1. Email help@wallriot.com or use the contact form within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the email you used at checkout.
  3. Attach clear photos of the item and, for shipping damage, the outer packaging and mailing label.
  4. We respond within one business day with a replacement, a refund, or a question if we need more detail.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded when the whole order was defective or never arrived.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins, which is usually within a couple of hours of ordering. Once printing starts we cannot cancel, but the defect and lost-parcel protections above still apply.
